Constituent states that the gutter located in front of her house is full of sand. She says that grass has started to grow over the sand. She wants someone to come out and clear the gutter.

Thank you for reporting the issue to the City of Bridgeport. We are not sure when you mentioned gutter, you are referring to the storm drain. Please know that it is the responsibility of the property owner to remove any debris that is blocking the drain located in the front of your home. If you are referring to the storm drain, please contact the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) to confirm at 203-332-5550. They are located 695 Seaview Avenue Bridgeport, CT 06607.
