the alleyways around 37th st and 38th ave s between 8th st s and 6th st s have several areas of large dumping of furniture, construction debris, and trash. There are too many to list separately. These items have been placed here since the alleyway were clean in May by the neighborhood residents! we cleanup 6.9 tons of trash, now it is back!
