There is an overgrown city tree that is on my property. The limbs are stressing the power lines and the limbs are on my roof. Many of the limbs are dead and falling off. Some have landed on my roof and others have fallen onto cars and vehicles parked on the street. I haven complained and called numerous times yet no one has come to cut the tree back off my personal property.
