This house has truly become a hazard. I just witnessed RATS running along the roof and daily there are swarms of mosquitos all over their roof because of how rotted it is. I live next door and I don't even want to go outside with my 9 month old because of this home. It's horrible.

Also, the City of St. Petersburg's Sanitation Department can assist you in controlling rats on the outside of your property and in your neighborhood. We send out a Rodent Control Technician to inspect your property, place a tamper-resistant bait station in a rodent-attracting location outdoors and advise on how to help rat prevention.
