This issue began after a city repair of a water leak years ago - these two front yards are the lowest on the block and the street is acutally pitched so that water drains over the curb and across the parkway - the sidewalk has buckled under freeze/thaw conditions due to the standing water, and the sidewalks are impassable for a day/hours after any amount of rain. No storm sewer near by and the catch basin or available drain near by.

No wonder my house has major foundation problems it's leaning forward and is falling apart; brick work,windows,floor,cracks inside the house and etc. Pretty soon I will have water in my basement. Is there anything the city can do ?
