Each weekday morning between 0530 and 0545 a silver older honda operated by a African american male speeds south on valentine view, up Hollywood and out onto Wallace Dr. The excessive speed is around the blind right turn: if someone is walking there (no sidewalks) there is going to be an unfortunate event. The car can be heard racing through the neighborhood and is unknown in the immediate area.
