I just walked over to that corner and there is four bags of dirty diapers. Evidently residents that live in that on irving road are throwing their trash out the car window. There is lots of other trash, broken pieces of wood, a section of fence, and overgrown trees, etc. The offsite landlord should be contacted right away and cited for poor upkeep of property and fined if that lot is not brought up to code.

People doing this is becoming an epidemic in Town. I've had the same disgusting litter left on my street not to long ago as well. Unless someone is willing to run down receipts found in the trash bags and go back and look at security footage from DD / McDonalds and all the other stores the receipts are from, it is highly unlikely any of these sad excuse for neighbors will ever be held accountable. As a private citizen, I can't go to a private place of business and ask them to show me their footage for a drive through on a given day, only RPD can do that. I have to pick up so much trash and litter on my street each and every week. It's embarrassing to have friends and family visit, because of all the flagrant littering scattered on our streets.

Thank you very much. I will be watching for the cleanup and improvement of that corner. It has been a "catch all" for litter for years. I hate Litter!!
I too am embarrassed to bring family and friends to my house here on Canton Strret. There is way too much litter everywhere!
