Description
High grass at this abandoned house for over a decade. Code Enforcement claims cannot locate owners of these decaying homes but someone put it up for sale recently and then took down the sign. So code enforcement not looking very hard for the owners. Over a decade of decay now with no reprocussions. It's a shame.

All municipality laws are outdated and needs to be changed. East Point will only do limited rules and laws concerning home owners that leave their property abandoned for years and this is the way the city operates they claim they have to go by the law.
