THIS IS OUR PUBLIC ALLEY ACCESS that's why Bank removed old fence and put up a new fence on his property line before he bought property The Police showed up after being called by a passing Neighbor. The guy who just bought 871 74th Ave N took back section of fence down. But he only owns about 2 feet off his house property 2 surveys were done both same results. He put up fence along his house about a foot on City Alley Access Road also put a steel post in middle near front so we can t drive our cars down the access road.
