It doesn't matter if they keep the property in "great shape". The Deed Restrictions are for everyone in Fondren Park. The resident needs to have their repairs approved by ACC, and I can tell you now that stucco would not be approved.

I agree, the rentals are an issue. Still, everyone should get the proper approvals when having work done. In this case, they are required to get ACC approval, then a Permit from the city. Otherwise we're just letting everyone do whatever they please. Why even has this SeeClickFix app!? I disagree with the plan to have everyone just do as they please.

SeeClickFix is not for the HOA.
