Description
See case #180529-000166
Westbound on Carlisle in the bicycle lane. Oncoming (eastbound) traffic got a green light for both through and left turn movements, but westbound never got a green, it just cycled back to green for north-south traffic.
In response to the previous case number, y'all closed it with: "Increased signal vehicle detection sensitivity."
Is there a loop detector in the bike lane? If not, per ordinance R-2015-045:
"Include a through phase for all traffic signal timing plans at signalized intersections on roadways having designated bicycle networks."
Bike should get a through signal as part of the intersection light sequencing.

Detection checked. In order for bicycles to be detected the bike must be on top of loop detection.

Detection is working fine. If bicycle needs to get detection they must be on top of detection loop in order to get detected.
