Description
On corner of pleasant st and fruitvale ave the vines and weeds are so overgrown that they consume half of the sidewalk including the wheelchair accessible sidewalk access. Plus, there is trash and debris all around. Presents an obstacle for anyone on a wheelchair and also is a health hazard as vines and weeds are infested with rats. Needs to be cut down immediately.
