XYZ, that's what they said. It's a concurrent walk, it is on the walk signal cross franklin when Chapel is green. This is how most cities other than New Haven operate - walk in NYC sometime. When turning, by law, you are required to yield to pedestrian traffic.

XYZ, as has been previously outlined the pedestrian signal at this intersection is a concurrent signal and is functioning properly. Pursuant to your request it has been reviewed by our signal engineering team and we have reviewed crash data at this location as part of our research. There are no additional steps the city is able to take at this time. By posting duplicate requests for the same issue and/or reopening issues that have been addressed it hinders our progress toward addressing issues which do require the city's attention. I am again closing this issue. Before reopening please consider how leaving issues like this open in perpetuity congests our back end processes and is not beneficial in our ability to triage the many requests that do require our attention.
