Description

There is an obvious overgrown issue in the 1900 block of Norfolk Street North inside the canal. Trash and debris are piling up. One side of the ditch is dry and other is wet. Grass is very high in the ditch. Been some minor flooding with the area but one big storm and houses may flood. Please make this a priority.
