Description

The house on the corner of bel Grove and hilltop has been discharging dirt rocks , gravel into the street that runs down hilltop rd in front of all the houses . It comes from his driveway And runs into the street, then carries then Ones down in front of all the homes there are many complaints from 107 , 109, 111, 113, 115, 118, 120, . We'd like him to build a barrier to stop the rocks dirt and gravel from Washing in to the street
