Description

The storm drain forms a small stream at the back of our property. 15-20 years ago, Howard County govt had a black tarp with stones on top placed along the edge of the property due to the erosion to our property. Someone moved the stones so that the black tarp is now exposed and the stones block the small stream. The stones need to be moved back to the tarp to limit the erosion to our property.
