This is still an issue, the only thing that we as neighbors have seen is a City of Detroit truck pick up the trash container. The grass is still growing in the backyard, it is so tall that you cannot walk in the back yard, the front yard has never been cut by the owner. Giving out tickets is not working, the owner which shows up on the tax rolls has done NOTHING TO MAINTAIN THIS PROPERTY. NO ONE HAS BEEN OVER TO CHECK ON THE HOUSE, IT HAS BEEN EMPTY SINCE THE FIRST OF MARCH, 2018. THIS IS THE ISSUES THAT HAVE TO BE CHECKED INTO, IF THEY OWN IT AND THEIR NAMES SHOW UP ON THE TAX ROLLS, THEN SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY. IS SOMEONE HAS COME TO CHECK ON THE ISSUES THEN THEY CAN SEE FOR THEMSELVES WHAT THE PROBLEMS ARE. THE BOCK WITH NEED RODDEN CONTROL IF THE CONDITIONS ARE NOT TAKEN CARE OF.

The property owner needs to get trees in backyard cut dow and trimmed. The trees and n the backyard have been growing through the DTE power lines and we have seen sparks from them. Have called DTE to have them checked out.
