City of Roseville assigned this issue to Roseville Building and Code

And the weeds keep getting taller!... NOW THERE'S RATS coming from this area seen in the early morning!

They halfway cleaned it up... They trimmed the weeds down on the side but are still too high! Didn't touch the weeds behind the house! They are up to the window sill!

I guess nobody else cares
