Description

The public works garage is an eyesore. They have junk laying everywhere, old traffic lights, old equipment that has not been moved in years (which could probably be sold). The people who live across from it have got to be disgusted to see that mess every day. Why can't they take care of the equipment and facilities like every other municipal garage, and paint the buildings and put up either a fence or something so it doesn't look so bad.
