What is happening with this?

2 weeks ago, the infant fell down flight of stairs and was taken to E.R. via ambulance..This is MORE than a private prop. issue!

When the safety of a child is a concern contact, DCF 1-800-842-2288. You can do this anonymously and I think they are open 24/7. They do not monitor this site. It does not appear the city has done much concerning this issue other then posting it was recategorised from Health Dept. to Private Property issue

This is a preemptive attempt to keep children out of the hands of their biological parents. I feel so ashamed that the people orchestrating these tactics are American citizens. WTF???
