Description
E street from 89th Avenue to 90th Avenue has been blocked off with chain fence it has become a dumping ground for trailer, vehicles, trashed, it is currently being used by the person that has taken over 1000 89th avenue vacant building. The trash has brought a lot of rodents and other pests and it is creating a fire hazard to the neighborhood. This is the 3rd time the same person has been dumping their trash at the location. No one can use E street because the person has chained up both side of E street not allowing food traffic to go from 89th avenue to 90th avenue.
