A similar complaint was received earlier this year. On the morning of May 2nd, 2018 a shift duty sergeant of the Davidson Police Department measured the decibel level of the noise from the delivery truck and determined that the noise level did not exceed applicable maximums for that time of the morning. Code Enforcement will request that an officer be dispatched to the scene again next Wednesday morning to re-measure the decibel level and to inquire about the delivery truck parking on the Sabi side of One Harbour Place.
