we don't know who owns this property but seems the owner has let a family of gang members move into the second floor flat. yesterday late night 2 latino or mexican were seen running across state line from the calument side with calument police not far behind entering through the side entrance off the driveway of that building. also was told by one of our neighbors to get out of one of our seniors backyard he has no business back there.
