Lawn/vegetation has not been maintained in close to year. Yard has become a rodent and reptile haven with snakes and rats scurrying all over the place. Overgrown lawn is as tall as a person. Property also has construction materials (roof trusses) sitting in the front yard for months and months due to a stalled construction project (do they even have the proper permits for this)? Please enforce the code. This property is in disarray and negatively impacts the property value of all homeowners due to their noncompliance with city codes.
