Recycling has not been picked up in three weeks on Taylor Ave.

Your next recycling pick up day is July 05th. Because of the holiday, anticipate pick up actually occurring on July 6th. Then it will go back to your regular Thursday pick up on July 19th. Please put your bin out the night before pick up to ensure it is out in time for the truck. We will check with the recycling truck driver to make sure there were no problems with your bin and find out why it was not picked up. Thank you for your report of this problem.

There is no issue with my recycling bin or the rest of the neighbors bins. The issue is that the recycling truck has not been to our street in three weeks.

Your recycling pickup was last week, there was a temporary driver that was on the route last week that may have missed your area. The truck will be going through this morning to take care of the issue. Your normal pickup was last week Thursday and the street may have been missed. Because of the 4th of July, next week you will be picked up on Friday. Sorry for the inconvenience.
