H, we pay for "City of Dixon CFD No. 2013-1 (Parklane) – Services Tax:1. Public Street Lighting and Landscape" in our property tax. I just wanted to report trees hanging down in the roadway. They're scratching our vehicle and boat. If they could be trimmed appropriately, that'd be great. Thanks
