Description
the Southeast "turn" onto eastbound Navigation from northbound Navigation currently has a stoplight that few people obey- a major street hazard. This could easily be a yellow flashing yield, and would achieve the same traffic control. A full roundabout at this 5 way intersection would be even better!!
