Description

The traffic light on the intersection of Grand avenue and James street is malfunctioning specifically for traffic traveling south on James street. The green light timer on James is not in accordance with the amount of passing traffic. This causes vehicles to accumulate making it difficult to enter and exit driveways on James street. This recently has caused an inconvenience to the residents on the street along with increase in noise pollution by horn honking impatient drivers.
