  I live in the Dimond Dist 5 years ago we had over a hundred we are down to three maybe five campers. They stay well out of site. As a few homeless advocates put it " You are creating a hostile atmosphere" that's what you have to do. These addicted street people have taught me how to have zero empathy if someone does not and will except help time to move on. Bus them DC.
