I strongly agree with this report!!! Arrowhead from 25th to 29th Street, needs repair. Several cracks have been filled with tar,
But it has sunk down. When you drive over these cracks, it makes a terrible thud noise at each crack. This area needs total
Resurfacing, because it is a busy traveled area, every day.
