Description

The parking and stopping on 10th street between Jersey and Coles is a real hazard for people exiting the Hamilton Park Condos (86 unit condo) 10th street parking lot. The issue affects both 10th street parking lot driveways but primarily the east gate. Cars park all the way up to the corner of the driveway completely blocking the visibility of oncoming traffic on 10th street. To make matters worse, cars stop and stand at the entrance of the new apartment building on the north side of the street directly in front of the parking lot driveways. To make matters even worse cars come speeding down 10th street. This situation is extremely dangerous and needs to be addressed ASAP. The Hamilton Park Condos has already paid for signage and painting is the curbs (last winter!) and nothing has happened yet. But in fact we need stantions, more signage, a mirror speed humps etc.

I know there is another request like this on SeeClickFix, but while it was “acknowledged “ many months ago nothing has changed.
