On the north-east corner, the pedestrian call button to cross east park place has no hepatic feedback and the red indicator lamp doesn't illuminate when the button is pressed.

I finally walked this route again after over a year of not going this way. I noted that the button now works.
Belated response to the anonymous comment above, the proper function of these crosswalk buttons includes audible cues to inform the blind and visually impaired when it they have right-of-way to cross. This intersection is now safe (ish?) again for our blind neighbors.
