Bats are flying and 'pooping' inside the living spaces. I agree..capture and release. Seal the roof and walls to prevent future infestations.

FYI...I have a blue print to build bat houses. They love the blue Nile mosquitos!

Just a note...while 'visiting' a current resident it was also noted that the roaches were in "droves" up the walls..roaming in large groups in every single room of the apartment. Dogging bats, fighting food from the roaches and worrying about being bitten by the mice would be too much for me!...the basement walls are coated in mold. A house of horrors!
