They have been told multiple times that they do not own the county easement area located beside and behind their property and were also told that they are not to use the easement as a personal driveway or storage area as this would be a violation. That being said, daily they park multiple personal vehicles in the easement and have had, for approximately two months, a large POD storage container delivered as a permanent fixture on the county easement. Also they keep trash along the back of the easement which appears to be drawing in the local wildlife. Having both the multiple vehicles and a large POD storage container spread across the easement is not giving access to anyone from the county or to neighbors that have gates along the easement the ability to access this area. Knowing they have been advised multiple times that this area is not their property and it would be a county violation to do so, it is requested if someone from the county approach and request for them to relocate their vehicles to street parking, as initially told was their parking area, and to ask about the removal of the large POD container from the easement. Doing so will allow the easement to remain accessible to county, state, and other persons needing passage.
