Hello,
Last month I moved to Marlborough. I live a few houses away from a house on Farm Rd that every weekend plays extremely loud music. The entire neighborhood can hear it. Many times they also have band practice. Extremely loud practice. Also, have you seen the number of tarps? This house either repairs motorcycles or boats, I’m not sure. You always seem to hear an engines revving up. Is this a business? Can someone please make the noise stop? Can someone help?
