Hello, the boat is located across the street from Burger King at the corner of E12th St and 14th Ave. It is on the street outside the large vacant corner lot. It was still there yesterday when I drove by. By the way, the vacant corner lot is not maintained and the owner should take responsibility to keep it clean on a regular basis. Thank you.

Blizzard I have never had the PWD call center refer anything to code enforcement 238-3381. It may take a few calls and mentioning fire danger might help.
Please also email AbandonedAuto@oaklandnet.com for the boat. It may take a while. Sadly many PWD employees seem to like very dark glasses with oversize blinders.

That whole lot is a blight upon that area. I cringe every time I pass by that burger king and laundromat over there. Whole place looks like something out of post-Chernobyl Pripyat. There was even a homeless encampment there not long ago, but OPD apparently cleared them out (I'm sure they'll return soon enough, though.) The nearby mechanic shops are also pretty trashed, I suspect they're running an illegal chop shop for stolen cars there. Just trash and graffiti everywhere around that block

yep thanks for the free money. i sued the city and won for the illegal tow of my boat and legal registered trailer. valued at $4800 i got $5,249 from the city. i got it for free thanks for complaining. i will be back soon

I see now, keepoaklandscary, so this is why you've been sabotaging and derailing people's requests on this site? It makes sense now why you sabotage people's requests to clean up blight, it turns out you're one of the main contributors to the blight in Oakland! Makes sense. I wonder how much other dilapidated garbage you are storing on the streets?
