There is a 4 way stop on Broad St and W. Walnut St, most people don't stop, they do rolling stops, there are a lot of children who live near this busy intersection. People need to take the time to actually stop.

This sadly happens all the time. I've noticed a crossing guard over here while schools getting out and the children are heading to school. However, sadly these people aren't always there. I've been at this 4 way stop plenty of times...and once some jerk on his phone though it would be okay to "follow along" with the car ahead of him that had the right away, and then even had the nerve to give every single person there a dirty look like we were doing something wrong.
