Will it at some point be possible to report a parking issue without sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes? If the City was actually serious about Vision Zero they would be leveraging technology like this to collect reports instead of making it as difficult as possible.
To say nothing about the City's believe that paint is an adequate deterrent to stop cars from parking illegally in the cycle track.
This is NOT a 311 issue. Yes, it should be easier to report parking infractions so that someone deals with them immediately. Talk to parking Enforcement, talk to your Councillor.

This hasn't been acknowledged by the City of Toronto yet as it should be reported to the TPS parking enforcement line as per https://www.toronto.ca/311/knowledgebase/kb/docs/contacts/311-toronto/contact-list-abcc-toronto-police-parking-enforcement.html
"Parking Enforcement Unit: 416-808-2222 (option 4, then option 2 for towed vehicles)"

As this isn't an issue that can be handled through SCF I will mark these as closed.
