The house is abandoned the roof was replaced and the old shingles were just left in a pile with the bathtub windows and various debris. The debris and trash has been building for nearly a year since the owner was moved. After she moved they just started tearing things out and leaving them in the back and front yard. The drywall is particularly concerning as the effects of long term exposure to black mold can be devastating and with the number of children living in very close proximity to this home I have been surprised that it has been left so long.
