  So It's been nearly a year and traffic density has increased what appears to be 3 fold. No sign of any traffic enforcement. The drag race out of Ridgecrest has led to more noise from folks frustrated trying to get out of the street just to get a quarter mile down the road to the street light. One speed limit would be sufficient, and some enforcement.
