Sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately the 24 LX is an express route coming from the MacDill AFB via the crosstown & unfortunately it's almost impossible to stop this route from being early due to it would be unsafe for our buses to travel at 25 mph in a 55mph zone on the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway but maybe we could have our 24 & 25 buses stage at E Whiting St & Pierce St & they could circle around on Whiting St to Marion st & back on Jackson st because buses can not block the Metro Bus stop located @ Jackson/Pierce St since this stop is service by multiple routes 24,25,60,300,360 & 400.

That's right, inconvenience the many to accommodate the few. Maybe if the rider would get there a little early. Hartline did not care if the base riders are late for work everyday by adding the downtown stops.

Unfortunately do to HART becoming 6 million dollars short thanks to our former CEO Katharine Eagan Kelleman for misappropriation of company funds back in early 2017 we now have to make difficult choices.

And how was she able to do that? Don't we have enough County Commissioners tripping all over themselves and not notice this was happening?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You will be happy to know that this issue has been resolved. The operator was contacted and reminded that running a route on time is a requirement of customer service. Should this occur in the future, please contact us at your convenience.

Always remember to arrive at your bus stop 5-10 mins ahead of time

Good evening Hart Rep and thank you for the response. I was able to make the bus for the past two days. Someone suggested that I arrive early. At this time I arrive as early as I possibly can. I work in the County building so it only takes me about three minutes to get to the bus stop. Please know that since bus 47 was cancelled I've change my schedule at least twice. And can no longer do so. Also, in reference to being inconvenienced, there were a lot of us that were forced onto bus 24. Route 47, was totally canceled. Due to no fault of our own. Most of the riders from bus 47 attended the board meeting to no avail. They'd already made up their minds as to which buses they were going to cancel irregardless to what the riders had to say. Just as others choose not to drive out to the base we choose not to have to drive downtown. Therefore there was no other option but to take bus 24. It was no other choice but to take bus 24. Lastly, this is public transportation which means that it's accessible to all.

Unfortunately HART has had members of the upper management team Misappropriation of company funds but she had left and went to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and what did HART do about all that money she stole Absolutely nothing & that why we have had all these stupid problems with the bus services

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger, Hartline and the County Commissioners screwed a lot of their fellow citizens and registered voters. We can return the favors during the next election.

Mission Max has turned out to be Mission Max headache for everyone.
