Description

The left arrow turning signal at the intersection of Crawford st, Coolidge hill, nichols st, and Arlington st is not turning green or if it does it takes more than 5 whole minutes to do so. It is the arrow light to turn left onto Crawford or Coolidge coming from grove st on Arlington.
