Description
The unkept backyard condition, and general neglect of the outside of the house, roof has caused another infestation of rats! They are coming into our yard, burrowing holes under our fence and wreaking havoc in our outdoor living space. We cannot put poison for Fear of our dogs ingesting it. We have traps set too.
The city of St Pete has responded to this complaint before, but it’s gotten worse again. Now the house has been reported to be in foreclosure and the single, sickly occupant is a heavy smoker despite the “oxygen in use” no smoking signs!! Scary! Just wish the bank would take over and clean this place up for good!
