I don't know why we even bother reporting these issues, if each ticket is just going to be closed with a copy/paste response... It was due to intensity/duration of the storm... I can assure you that this area suffers from systemic flooding, the existing infrastructure doesn't come close to meeting drainage criteria, i know because i do this for a living. If only the city would take the time to investigate this area instead of ignoring the needs of this neighborhood. What is the point of paying taxes?
