Today at Bissonnet and Buffalo Speedway a sign-carrying hobo started to take a leak next to the traffic control box in front of Walgreen's. I honked at him and he moved on. Another hobo slapped my car window when I didn't respond to his begging at Binz and Montrose today. Wheeler station is the center of drug activity, public defecation, and lawlessness. This is not getting better so unfortunately I'm thinking that the only recourse is to vote this administration out.
