Description

Harding Rd traffic signal turns red and stops the flow of WESTBOUND traffic as it flows from the WBR & Woodmont intersection. The traffic signal also turns red for WESTBOUND Harding Rd traffic when NO TRAFFIC is waiting to proceed either from Lynnwood Blvd or Hillwood Blvd. This problem has been reported numerous times.
