And how is that a City Code Violation, and are you incapable of going around or moving an orange cone or are you just that petty.

The City of Bainbridge Island owns part of the (private) parking lot on Rolling Bay Walk. This area blends with the rest of the parking lot and is not obvious. It is for the use of the public.
The City can also rent this area to a private person, for their short term use. It seems that people in the neighborhood do not know this. Margaret Dufresne has rented this area. The City has the right to rent (it out) and she has the right to rent and use it. The neighbors should find out the facts before being vengeful.

My God you people down there on Rolling Bay Walk are petty
