both 1401 and 1624 Utah corner drains and ditches have been covered/concealed. This also does not help our flooding. Both drains and ditches were covered completely during the flood with debris, trash, leaves etc. Residence on Utah need to help in cleaning those out as well as telling the owners of that corner that they can't or should not cover them. We need all the drains free to flow as much as possible since we flood here and no expected help anytime soon. Putting in a ticket to request those be uncovered to help us with SOME flooding.
