The bushes on that same property have also grown into the road near the CVS exit on James Street making it difficult to see if a car is coming in on the "service road." The whole lot is an over grown eyesore.

The lot was half heartedly mowed since first complaint but the bushes originally reported still block view of oncoming traffic when exiting CVS. The lot is totally littered with trash.

Is someone going to come take care of this? I just got an alert in my email that this has been outstanding for 31 days and to comment if it still hasn't been taken care of, which it hasn't...

When I went by yesterday someone had cleaned the lot and left the garbage bags there. Hoping they will give it a good mowing and trim the bushes.

The owner was notified about the condition of the lot. I will let him know the trash bags need to be removed.

It's been more than a month and the sumac is getting worse... They may have mowed the lawn and picked up some garbage, but while the garbage was an eyesore it wasn't costing us money. The sumac has gotten to the point that it is significantly blocking our solar panels and our electric bills have more than doubled.

Please notify the property owner that the sumac along ours and our neighbors fences is spilling into our property, blocking our solar panels, and potentially causing damage to our fences and it is still a problem. Also the bushes blocking drivers view as they come out of CVS still need to be taken care of.
