Description
Please help this guy, he needs some sort of help. I feel bad because he is obviously homeless and has nowhere to go, but why after being removed and knowing that he is not wanted there does he return to the exact same spot? He could have gone anywhere else in this city but he came right back here.
There is trash is the street again, folded up tarp next to bus stop, he may be alternating between the bus stop be Black Angus and the one by PetCo.

Well he’s back now for over a week so you need a different approach for this nuisance issue.

The signs should have all pertinent city codes regarding camping and leaving personal belongings in public unattended.
